In the North of the house of the house there is a common terrace with certain number of tables and chairs for our guests. Also there is a barbecue which guests can use according the house rules. There are loungers by the pool on which guests can sunbathe in peace.

Apartments Mira are fully equipped luxury accommodation units. The apartments have big surface with harmonious division of different residential areas. The interior of apartments is dominated by bright colors that create calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a pleasant stay.
Just near the sea
Apartments Mira are located just near the sea, a walk down the stairs separates you from the beach!
About 30 meters below the house is pebble beach, on which guests can use free deck chairs. The beach is usually used by guests of the apartments Mira and guests of neighboring house. Beach is made of small pebbles and it is completely safe for the kids. Beach is accessible by private stairs.
Parking space
You don't need to worry about parking, we secured you a parking place just near the apartment.

CLASIC SEA VIEW
Apartment A. for 2 - 3 persons Apartment is on the 2 floor with a separate entrance. This apartment has a bedroom, with double bed,+ One extra bed, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, fridge, cooker), bathroom with a shower and balcony with sea view. It is perfect for a couple with the child.
PREMIUM SEA VIEW
Apartment B. for 2 - 4 persons This apartment is located on the second floor and is suitable for 2 - 4 people designed. The apartment consists of 1 bedrooms, living area a bathroom with shower and a functional kitchen. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. It is perfect for a couple with the children.
SUPERIOR SEA VIEW
Apartment C. for 4-5 persons With an area of 55m2 apartment "type C" is the largest apartment in the house. The apartment has two comfort bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and terrace with sea view. In the apartment can sleep max. 5 persons, two persons in the bedroom no.1,three persons in the bedroom no. 2

I was here in September with my family, and all I can say is that I had perfect vacations. House is only 30 - 35 meters from the sea and it is situated in the really peaceful area. Apartments are really clean and modern and the house owner Mira was really kind to us. We had a really good time because basically, we were whole the time alone on the beach. The only bad thing for me was that we couldn't stay more than 10 days. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Dobrý den Pani Mira ! Rádi bychom Vám poděkovali za zprostředkování krásné dovolené na Omiš, v osadě Ruskamen. Ubytování bylo moc pěkné, prostorné, krásná veliká terasa orientovaná k moři, ... moc hodná a příjemná. A město Omiš, které bylo od nás pouze 6km, tak to se snad nedá ani popsat, jedním slovem nádhera! Vůbec tato oblast je krásná! Ještě jednou děkujeme a určitě se těšíme na další krásnou dovolenou! Úžasná dovolená Byli jsme zde na dovolené 3x. Skvělé ubytování, úžasní domácí. Klid, pohoda, čistota, vlastní pláž, lehátka, šlapadlo, venkovní kuchyň. Nebylo naprosto co vytknout. Všem doporučujeme. Určitě se vrátíme.

Byli jsme tam v červnu 2013. Perfektní dovolená. Skvělá domácí. Luxusní vila s bazénkem. Schodů k moři cca 100. Vlastní pláž s lehátky. Šlapadlo kdykoliv k dispozici zdarma.

Úžasná dovolená, ve velmi krásném a čistém prostředí i díky paní domácí, která se o vše perfektně stará. Plně vybavené apartmány. Jediné minus(anebo plus, dobrý fitness), které uvedu je 157 schodů k moři, které však v pohodě zvládly i 5-ti leté děti.... Občas na zádech:) Velké plus je parádní bazén u domu. Dále na moři k dispozici kdykoliv zdarma šlapadlo. Soukromá pláž vybavená lehátky. Nemám co vytknout. Mohu jen doporučit. SUPER!!!

Dobrý den, před několika dny jsme se vrátili z dovolené, kterou jste nám velice rychle a ochotně zprostředkoval. Byli jsme v Ruskamen u pani Mire. Apartmán byl moc pěkný a prostorný. soukromá pláž s vlastními lehátky a pozvolný vstup do moře po předčily naše očekávání. Děkujeme za všechna doporučení na výlety po okolí. Navštívili jsme historický Omiš, ostro Brač. Dovolenou v Villa Mira můžu doporučit všem, kdo mají rádi klid a pohodu. S přáním hezkého dne rodina Jaroslav Hojdov

Apartament wynajęliśmy w czerwiec 2015 na 10 doby. Zdjęcia i opis apartamentu oddaje jego wygląd i lokalizację w 100%. Super widok na morze. Piękne morskie zachody słońca oglądane z okna własnego apartamentu. Nowe, wysokiej jakości meble, nawet zastawa stołowa ma swój niepowtarzalny charakter :) . Duża, przestronna, nowoczesna łazienka. Cisza i spokój. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Idealna lokalizacja. Nad morze i do portu szło się nie wiem czy jedną minutę. Po prostu pięknie. Będziemy polecać te apartamenty i pobyt w Kołobrzegu wszystkim znajomym. Dziękujemy
